FCA warning against clone firms
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the British financial regulatory authority, has issued a warning informing the investors that:
- “ING Bank N.V” is the clone of the EAA authorised firm “ING Bank NV London Branch”
- “Dirkmartens Brokers” is the clone of the EAA authorised firm “Dirk Martens”
The above clone firms are not permitted to provide any financial services or products.
Furthermore, FCA points out that they are not regulated nor authorised by the FCA.
