Surrender of Licence by Comino Umbrella Fund SICAV plc
Comino Umbrella Fund SICAV plc recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted in relation to The Stella Capital Real Estate Opportunity Fund (“the Sub-Fund”).
The MFSA has accepted its request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 27 August 2014, the Sub-Fund ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
