Approval of the modified market rules
The Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) has announced that the modified market rules of the regulated markets organized by Euronext NV/SA (namely Euronext Brussels and the Euronext Brussels Derivative Instruments Market) were approved on 22 September 2014 in accordance with Article 5, § 3, of the Law of 2 August 2002 on the supervision of the financial sector and on financial services.
As a result, these market rules have been enter into force from October 6, 2014.
