Baker & McKenzie is a winner at the Legal Community Finance & Tax Awards
Baker & McKenzie was awarded as “Transfer Pricing Firm of the Year” at the Legal Community Finance & Tax Awards which took place in Milan on March 24, 2015.
The award was assigned by an external jury made up of bankers and tax directors of leading Italian and multinational companies.
The jury awarded the Firm with the prize according to the following reason: “Tax and, in particular transfer pricing, are key leading practices of the law firm. The Transfer Pricing Team receives very positive feedback from the market. International network, brand value and high-value transactions are the greatest strengths of the law firm”.
The Firm’s Massimo Giaconia, Maricla Pennesi and Mario d’Avossa were also shortlisted in the following categories: “Tax Law Firm of the Year”, “Consultancy Law Firm of the Year”, “Tax Restructuring Law Firm of the Year” , “Professional of the Year – Tax” and “Professional of the Year – Consultancy” (Massimo Giaconia), “Professional of the Year – Tax Restructuring” (Maricla Pennesi), “Professional of the Year – Transfer Pricing” (Mario d’Avossa), among other prestigious law firms.
