Bank of Russia decide to cancel license of market participant
Bank of Russia has issued a press release informing that:
On 9 April 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel the licences of professional securities market participant to perform dealer activity and carry out securities management issued to the closed joint-stock company Blackfield Capital Investment Company.
The reasons to take this decision were repeated violations within one year of the requirements of the Russian securities legislation.
