CySec: Withdrawal of the Alternative Investment Fund Manager authorisation Iliad Investments Ltd (ex PP&F Capital Ltd)
The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (‘CySec’) announces that, on its meeting dated 27.07.2015, decided to compulsory withdraw the authorisation of the Alternative Investment Fund Manager «Iliad Investments Ltd» (the ‘AIFM’), with registration number AIFM07/56/2013, pursuant to section 12(a) of the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Law of 2013, as the AIFM has expressly renounced the authorisation.
