CySec announced an administrative fine to a Firm providing Administrative Services
The Board of the Cyprus Securities Exchange Commission (‘CySEC’) would like to inform the public that, at the meeting held on August 3rd, 2015, decided to impose an administrative fine of €10.000 to Fellaco Services Ltd for violating section 5(1) of the Law Regulating Companies Providing Administrative Services and Related Matters of 2012, as in force.
