US law firms grow at 3.6pc in 2015
US law firms grew at an average rate of 3.6 per cent in the first nine months of this year, according to research from Citi Private Bank’s Law Firm Group.
There are strong regional variations, however. For example, the 10 law firms from Pennsylvania included in the research had an average growth of 1.8 per cent.
Pricing pressure
Citi’s Gretta Rusanow, head of advisory services, says that there is ‘a lot of pricing pressure in the market’. She also expects clients to ask for discounts.
