BCSC warns against a Binary Options and a Forex Trading firms
British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) has issued press releases to inform public for an unregistered binary options trading platform provider and an unregistered brokerage firm that offers trading in Forex, contracts for difference, commodities and indices.
The firms are:
1) InfiniCore Ltd., which claims to have offices in London, England, and Kingstown, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, owns and manages CTOption. CTOption purports to be a binary options trading platform provider.
2) AlfaTrade, which claims to have an office in Bulgaria, purports to be a brokerage firm that offers trading in Forex, contracts for difference, commodities and indices. Nemesis Capital Limited owns and operates AlfaTrade.
According to BCSC, the Commission has recently became aware that BC residents were able to open an account with the above firms.
BCSC informs that the parties are not registered to trade in, or advise on, securities or exchange contracts in BC.
The Commission urges BC residents to exercise caution when dealing with firms that are not registered to trade or advise in BC.
