Alert! CySEC warns for unauthorised investment firms
The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has issued announcements to inform investors that the following websites do not belong to entities which have been granted an authorization for the provision of investment services and/or the performance of investment activities, as provided for in Article 5 of Law 87 (I)/2017.

CySEC also warns investors that the website www.jfdmtech.com which in the website suggests that it belongs or is related to the Cypriot Investment Firm JFD Group Ltd (License No. 150/11), is misleading and does not correspond to reality.
Furthermore, CySEC warns investors that the website apextradeoption.com refers on the name and license number of the former Cyprus Investment Firm B.O. Tradefinancials Ltd (license number 216/13). which CySEC, on 25.6.2018, has decided to wholly withdraw the Cyprus Investment Firm authorisation.
CySEC urges investors to consult its website (www.cysec.gov.cy), before conducting business with investment firms, in order to ascertain the entities which are licensed to provide investment services and/or investment activities.
