CySec: Acquisition of licence
The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySec) the Cypriot financial regulatory authority has announced that the following companies have successfully obtained the CySec licence:
- Alecont Group Ltd
- S&S Mangement Services Ltd
- P & V CY Fiduciary Services Ltd
The regulated companies are now authorised to operate legally under the supervision of CySec and to offer investment and administrative services related to financial instruments to potential customers.
