FCA warning against unauthorised firms
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the British financial regulatory authority, has issued a warning informing the investors that the following firms are not permitted to provide any financial services or products:
- Loans 4 u
- CMBS Portfolio (www.cmbs-portfolio.com)
FCA points out that these companies are neither regulated nor authorised by the FCA. Moreover FCA strongly advise investors to only deal with consumer credit firms that have interim permission or are authorised by the British regulator.
