FCA warning against unauthorised firm
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the British regulator, has issued a warning against “AVA Capital Management” (www.avacapitalmanagement.com).
The warning recommends that the public exercises extreme caution when dealing with this company, since it is not permitted to provide any financial services or products.
Therefore, FCA warns that this firm is neither regulated nor authorised by the FCA. Moreover FCA strongly advises investors to only deal with consumer credit firms that have interim permission or are authorised by the British regulator.
