FCA warning against unauthorised firms
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the British regulator, has issued a warning against “Crown Capital Management” (www.crowncapitalmanagement.com), and “Burton Capital Partners” (www.burtoncapitalpartners.com, www.bcp.com).
The warning recommends that the public exercises extreme caution when dealing with these companies, since are not permitted to provide any financial services or products.
Therefore, FCA warns that these firms are neither regulated nor authorised by the FCA. Moreover FCA strongly advises investors to only deal with consumer credit firms that have interim permission or are authorised by the British regulator.
