LedgerX is an institutional trading and clearing platform that has applied for registration with the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) to operate a swap execution facility (SEF) and derivatives clearing organization (DCO).
Upon approval, LedgerX intends to list and clear physically-settled options on digital currencies (e.g., bitcoin).
