Spanish regulator warns for unauthorised Forex and Binary providers
The Spanish regulator Comisión Nacional de Mercado de Valores (CNMV) has issued announcements to warn investors and public in relation to unauthorized Forex and Binary Options providers.
According the announcements issued, CNMV informs that pursuant to the second paragraph of Article 17 of the Securities Markets Law (recast approved by Royal Legislative Decree 4/2015, of 23 October), the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores warns that the below firms:
