FCA UK issued warning against clone and unauthorised firms
The Financial Conduct Authority has issued press releases to inform public and investors regarding clone and unauthorised firms.
According FCA, the below firms have been providing financial services or products in the UK without its authorisation.
FCA states that almost all firms and individuals offering, promoting or selling financial services or products in the UK have to be authorised by FCA.
Below firms are not authorised by FCA but have been targeting people in the UK:

Fraudsters are using the details of firms FCA authorise to try to convince people that they work for a genuine, authorised firm.
