Consob warns against unauthorised investment services companies
The National Commission for Companies and the Stock Exchange in Italy (Consob) has issued a press release to warn public about companies offering investment services without the required authorisation.
Consob reports that the companies:
1) PEL Ltd and Plea UK Ltd are not authorised to provide investment services and business in Italy in any way, including through the websites www.angels-investors.com and www.highbroker.com;
2) Angels Investors is not authorised to provide investment services and business in Italy in any way, including through the website www.angels-investors.com;
3) Redlane Enterprises Ltd is not authorised to provide investment services and business in Italy in any way, including through the website www.highbroker.com;
4) BNR Markets (London) Ltd is not authorised to provide investment services and business in Italy in any way, including through the website www.bnrmarkets.com.
