FMA warns against OptionsXO
The Financial Markets Authority (FMA) of New Zealand has issued a warning to inform investors and public in relation of conducting business with OptionsXO http://www.optionsxo.com/.
AS FMA reports, the notice by the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC) warns that the above company could be involved in a scam and urges investors and public not deal with this business as it is unlicensed in Australia.
According the warning, OptionsXO has made unsolicited calls or sent emails about investing, financial advice, credit or loans and does not hold a current Australian Financial Services (AFS) licence or an Australian Credit licence from ASIC.
