The supervisory authorities of the United Kingdom (Financial Conduct Authority – FCA) and Spain (Comision Nacional del Mercado de Valores – CNMV) report companies that are offering investment services without the required authorisation.
Reported by the FCA:
- Investec Asset Management Limited, with declared headquarters in London, clone of an authorised company;
- Grey Corporate Partners (www.greycorppartners.com), with declared headquarters in New York;
- Sparrow Capital Partners (www.sparrowcapitalpartners.com), with declared headquarters in Seattle, clone of an authorised company.
Reported by the CNMV:
- Runshine Investment Services Europe Sl (www.riseurope.com), with declared headquarters in Alicante (Spain), which is known to be connected to Mr Lambertus Gerardus Johannes Oerlemans;
- Stock Manager Worldwide Lb Sl (www.stockworldwide.es), with declared headquarters in Madrid, which is known to be connected to Messrs Francisco Hoyos Grinon, Betzie Jaramillo Becker and Rebeca Perez Rodriguez;
- Aston Markets, also known as Aston Forex (www.astonmarkets.com), already reported by the Belgian supervisory authority (see “Consob Informs” No. 33/2014);
- Ethika Global Consulting Sl (www.ethikaglobal.com), with declared headquarters in Barcelona, which is known to be connected to Mr Manuel Nogueron Resalt;
- Tax Strategies (www.taxstrategiesltd.com) and United Tax Strategies (www.unitedtax-strategies.com).
