Supervisory Authorities issued warnings on unauthorised companies

The Central Bank of Ireland, the Italian financial market regulator CONSOB and the Bulgarian Financial Supervision Commission reported that:

1) Phoenix Financial Services (USA) and Miyako Mergers & Acquisitions (Japan) are not authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland as investment firms, investment business firms or to provide investment advice in Ireland.

2) Dolce Formula Limited is not authorised to provide investment services or activities in Italy in any way and, therefore, not even through the website

3) TELETRADE BULGARIA EOOD is not licensed by the BFSC and hence is not eligible to provide investment services and activities under the Markets in Financial Instruments Act on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

Market Regulators would like to notify the potential investors that the investment services and activities can be provided only by authorised companies.
